Program Overview

The Moderate Leadership Academy is where the next generation of center-left changemakers finds its voice. Through hands-on training and strategic connections, we empower rising leaders to cut through partisan gridlock, win elections, and govern with real impact. Our programs equip moderates with the tools and collective influence to win today’s fights—and shape tomorrow’s politics.

Why a Moderate Leadership Academy?

When it comes to leadership development, moderates are playing catch-up. The right and far left have multi-million dollar institutions. The center has improvisation. The Moderate Leadership Academy fills that void. It connects rising center-left leaders to the growing moderate political movement, giving them the skills, support, and strategy they need to stop reinventing the wheel and start driving the debate.
